Pho Hanoi and its best brand names

Pho, a particular gift of Hanoi, Vietnam is as austere as a classic Burgundy. With only $2, you can taste the complex flavor of Pho. Coming to Hanoi, you may find Pho in every street corner of this city but you may not know exactly some most famous brand names of Pho Hanoi.

Pho Thin

Pho Thin has been opening for over 50 years and has become one of the most popular phoshops in Hanoi where innumerable Hanoians come for their breakfast.
This eatery only serves one dish: sautéed beef noodle soup. The most astounding character of this dish lies in the fat of the broth. Thin slices of meat after being blended with ginger then sautéed in a hot pan will have a sweet, greasy taste and redolent smell.

If it weren’t for the tables full of people and the kitchen that starts inside and spills out onto the sidewalk, this Old Quarter spot, with white walls, stainless-steel surfaces, and excellent beef, could be confused with a butcher shop. The broth is simple, elegant and clear. A bowl of pho is topped with a lot of meat, scallions, and onions.

Pho Bat Dan

The irresistible flavor and traditional cooking process are the reasons for Pho Bat Dan being an authentic Pho in Hanoi. A bowl of pho is filled with beef and clear broth. You can’t either find lemons, or thai basils, or bean sprouts; you can only find vinegar since the owner explained that Hanoi ancient pho used vinegar to keep the taste of pho. Vinegar must have no garlic because garlic will decrease the taste of the broth.
